Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for flexible remote work while engaging with clients in an outpatient setting. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing therapists with the freedom to create and manage their schedules within these parameters. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique mental health needs and triage care accordingly.

• Engage in collaborative care planning by communicating effectively with multidisciplinary staff through documentation, patient rounds, and regular staff meetings.
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing a wide range of physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety concerns of clients, ensuring care is appropriate for all age groups.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, working alongside hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Ethically document and complete all therapeutic interventions in a timely manner, complying with departmental requirements and standards.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to aid clients in achieving their personalized service plans and improving psychosocial functioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Clients may range from adolescents to older adults, allowing you to apply your clinical skills across a spectrum of age-related issues. Your role will play a crucial part in guiding clients through their recovery journeys within a compassionate and supportive framework.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Georgia.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; further qualifications are preferred.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 patient hours per week, adapting your schedule to accommodate client needs.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in assessment and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
