Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals, ensuring that each client’s unique situation is understood fully.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards by maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on best practices and therapeutic trends to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, reflective of the multicultural fabric of Houston, Texas. You will support individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
