Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately gauge their mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans to meet these needs over time.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain active communication with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when clients experience acute psychological distress, applying your expertise to help de-escalate situations and offer immediate support.

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and workshops that promote mental health awareness and education, aiming to eliminate stigma and foster understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to sensitively navigate and address the complex needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities, including proficient documentation practices made easy by our integrated electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
