Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role offers flexibility while ensuring you are connected to a vibrant team of healthcare professionals. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Actively engage as a member of our interdisciplinary team, collaborating on case management and treatment approaches to achieve shared goals related to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from the Bridgeport area who face a variety of mental health challenges. Many clients come from under-resourced backgrounds, requiring not only therapeutic support but also access to community resources and referrals. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
