Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, integrating evidence-based practices relevant to mental health and addiction.

• Provide engaging one-on-one counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when applicable, creating a supportive environment that encourages peer interaction and shared experiences.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving mental health status and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to therapy.

• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment and technology.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required for this position.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience working in mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
