We're Hiring: Territory Sales Manager – California (Hybrid / Field-Based) Zebra Brand Foods delivers high-quality, great-tasting products to retail and foodservice customers. Our hero product, Zebra Basmati Rice, has made a strong impact in specialty grocery markets across the US and Canada. We pride ourselves on dependable service, consistent product quality, and long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers — and we're growing. About the Role This is a full-time, hybrid and field-based position covering California. This is not a desk job — you'll be out in the field managing the brand, with the flexibility of remote work for planning, reporting, and internal collaboration. You will be making frequent visits to our distributors locations as well and working alongside their sales teams at times to ensure that product growth is met. As Territory Sales Manager, you will: Manage and expand sales across an assigned territory of retail, distributor, and foodservice accounts Build new relationships while strengthening existing ones. While also working alongside our distributors sales team to help promote growth. Visit customer and distributor locations, present product lines, and negotiate pricing and promotions Monitor inventory and merchandising standards Identify new business opportunities and execute territory sales plans Provide training and product support to account staff Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication skills — clear presentations, active listening, professional correspondence Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to grow brand presence Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills Experience in working with distributors. Territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline management capabilities Food, beverage, or CPG industry experience is a strong plus Ability to travel within the territory and work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred — or equivalent experience If you're ready to help grow a brand that's winning in competitive markets, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zebra Brand Foods
