Remote Project Coordinator

To facilitate end-to-end oversight and support for installation jobs, the full-time Remote Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and ensure effective communication with service providers and vendors. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and manage outbound communications to provide installation job support Conduct initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and ensure alignment Submit accurate documentation of all project-related interactions in the appropriate technology tools Required qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred Experience working in a Project Management function is a plus Experience in a contact center environment is advantageous
