Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client well-being, ensuring the application of proven strategies that align with best practices.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to uphold confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic and comprehensive care for clients, including participation in case reviews and team meetings.

• Educate and support clients and their families through their healing journeys, providing resources and strategies to navigate challenges.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to continually enhance your practice and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in Virginia is essential for this role.
