Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough preliminary interviews to gather essential information and appropriately document each case from initial consultation to treatment conclusion.

• Evaluating clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health using standardized assessment tools to establish a clear understanding of their needs.

• Collaboratively developing tailored intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and distinct groups based on assessed needs and goals.

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to encourage participation and healing.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and therapeutic interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
