Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexible scheduling, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will work in a telehealth environment that emphasizes both efficiency and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and mental health conditions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in conjunction with clients, addressing their unique goals, barriers, and preferences.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, symptoms, and effective management strategies in order to enhance understanding and coping skills.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated and holistic client care.

• Stay updated with the latest research and evolving methodologies in the field of mental health to cultivate a progressive approach to treatment.

• Utilize technology effectively to document progress, maintain treatment records, and follow up with clients through secure online communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our telehealth services enable you to reach clients from various backgrounds, ensuring everyone has access to the care they need. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current license to practice in New York State (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

• Strong interpersonal skills along with a proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working in a mental health care setting.

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred.

• A background in either individual or group therapy modalities is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
