This entry-level position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day AR functions that keep the

billing and collections processes running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in accounting within a fast-paced, hands-on industry!

Key Responsibilities

● Manage collections on outstanding customer accounts, including follow-up calls and correspondence

● Prepare and issue customer billing/invoices in a timely and accurate manner

● Apply customer payments to accounts and ensure proper allocation

● Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies

● Prepare weekly and monthly AR reporting for internal review

● Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing questions and disputes

● Maintain accurate and organized AR records and documentation

● Support other accounting department tasks as needed

Qualifications

● Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience preferred

● Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals is a plus, but not required

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

● Some experience with Excel and QuickBooks preferred, but not required

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Work Environment

This role is based at the Sacramento office/warehouse location and requires comfort working in and around a warehouse setting
