This role is entirely remote, allowing you to effectively connect with students, parents, and school staff from the comfort of your home office. You will utilize teletherapy tools and digital platforms to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, which may include assessing mental health needs and diagnosing psychological conditions related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct and document comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and other health care providers.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and utilize screening tools appropriate for the developmental stage of the clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family sessions while maintaining a focus on client-centered treatment goals and outcomes.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure timely and effective intervention, supporting clients through crisis situations and facilitating referrals to additional resources when needed.

• Maintain detailed case documentation and submit reports on time, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Engage in professional development and maintain adherence to ethical guidelines of practice.

• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring continuous access to mental health services for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
