Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, goals, and challenges.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques that promote healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a coordinated approach in delivering comprehensive care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse groups, such as refugees, domestic abuse survivors, and the homeless, who require specialized support and understanding. It is essential to approach all clients with empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude, understanding the complexities of their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
