Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize best practices in case management, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to address diverse mental health issues effectively.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, couple's therapy, addictions counseling, and more.

• Collaborate with licensed psychologists and interdisciplinary teams on client cases, ensuring the delivery of integrated clinical services.

• Document therapeutic sessions comprehensively and maintain accurate client records in our electronic health record system.

• Participate in team meetings and quality management activities to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices, utilizing up-to-date methodologies in your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base presenting a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. This role requires sensitivity to varying cultural backgrounds and an understanding of community resources that can support clients' needs. Your expertise will help improve clients' overall well-being, guiding them toward healthier relationships and lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Arizona.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
