Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in both group and individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and promote professional development.

• Collaborate with the Oregon Health Authority to gather and submit enrollment and discharge data for clients participating in problem gambling treatment programs.

• Conduct joint case planning and coordination with various community agencies, including schools, group homes, law enforcement, courts, and health care providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Deliver educational programs focused on behavioral health and addiction prevention to a variety of stakeholders, including community organizations and interest groups.
\n
• Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and conferences, using the insights gained to improve agency practices and outcomes for clients.

• Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, instituting policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall functioning of the agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with an adult population facing a range of mental health challenges. Your contributions will help clients navigate their individual mental health journeys, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to manage their conditions effectively. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), a Master of Social Work (MSW), a Master in Professional Counseling, or a Master of Family Therapy from a nationally accredited institution. Candidates must fulfill all licensure requirements in the states of Oregon and/or Washington, showcasing a strong foundation in mental health counseling principles and practices.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality therapy and case management.
