Residential Support Professional

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Location: Waukesha County, WI Schedule: Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am Wednesday-Friday) This position involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting behaviors, assisting with housekeeping and supplies, administering medications, sharing updates with partners, responding to emergencies, and supporting residents' treatment goals. Additional duties include leading educational activities, providing basic first aid, transporting residents, and helping with life skills and meal prep. The role requires independent problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; coursework in social services preferred. Prior experience in similar settings is advantageous. Skills include strong reading, writing, math, problem-solving, and professionalism. Valid driver’s license preferred, with required background checks. Certifications in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration are beneficial. Additional requirements include basic computer skills, physical ability to perform duties, effective communication, and the ability to work in a community residential environment.
