Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on developing essential coping strategies, relapse prevention plans, and emotional self-regulation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in Maryland is mandatory.

• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based therapies applicable for co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong foundation in teamwork and collaboration within an interdisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience with a focus on treating clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Experience working within an integrated care model is highly desirable.
