Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing to assess and enhance client's mental health.

• Guide clients in articulating their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Serve as a dedicated client advocate, helping them identify personal goals and supporting their journey toward achieving those aims.
\n
• Utilize your clinical knowledge to evaluate clients' mental states, construct tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-focused approaches to therapy.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our integrated electronic health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be predominantly stable, low-acuity adults who have been thoroughly screened prior to accessing your services. We understand the importance of aligning clients with your areas of expertise and professional interests, hence, we make diligent efforts to match you with individuals whose needs and preferences resonate with your specialty. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current, unrestricted full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with good standing in the state of Oregon.

• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to therapy.
\n
• Proficient in the use of technology and telehealth tools; comfortable using online platforms to deliver care.

• Committed to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth or virtual counseling setting is favored.

• Experience using therapy management software for scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
