What You’ll Do and How You’ll Work The Service Manager will work closely with the COO and CEO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide quality service to customers and team members by managing an efficient and productive operation. Oversee technicians, parts, and customer service across related areas. Manage department budgets, warranty processes, fleet management, customer issues, and all department team members. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional project management, departmental management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong people leadership competencies with the ability to coach, mentor and develop the team. Retail & Distribution experience is a plus.
