Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and abilities, determining appropriate treatment plans that enhance patient well-being and facilitate symptom resolution.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored for each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage proactively as a primary therapist in both individual sessions and as a co-therapist in group settings, handling a variety of psychiatric patient situations.

• Attend regular team meetings to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and contribute to program development initiatives.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics, and trauma recovery. As a remote telehealth counselor, you will connect with patients across various backgrounds in the Naperville area and beyond, providing the flexibility they need to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
