Work Environment\n

This remote position provides the flexibility to work from your home while offering the structure of an outpatient office environment. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, engaging with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care. While the primary hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using a variety of evidence-based methodologies to formulate tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with your treatment team, attending case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Support and educate clients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in their healing process.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health to continue to provide high-quality care to your clients.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those managing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to engage respectfully and empathetically with each individual is essential. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
