Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and psychosocial needs of clients, which includes understanding their challenges related to academic performance, behavioral issues, and family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, establishing clear therapeutic goals and methods tailored to each individual or family.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that resonate with our school-aged client population.

• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals by maintaining accurate clinical records, providing ongoing evaluations, and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
