Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly to uphold ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients’ coping skills and community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Common conditions treated at our clinic include depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
