Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and devise safety plans for clients as required.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to foster community support and education.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client interactions and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse group of clients ranging from children to adults, each facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
