Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in assisting individuals dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. The telehealth format allows us to reach clients across San Bernardino, California, expanding access to mental health care in underserved areas.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance client needs and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable, as you will be engaging with clients via video conferencing platforms. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy software will enhance the efficiency of your client sessions and documentation. We value innovation in therapy practices, so experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
