Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate healing processes for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups designed to foster community while addressing prevalent mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated patient care that addresses both mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
