Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized service plans, setting measurable goals and monitoring progress to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to promote mental health and resilience.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring immediate response to clients in critical situations.

• Collaborate with local agencies, community services, and organizations to streamline access to resources, ensuring holistic care for clients.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of our services and social issues, advocating for systemic change.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, contribute to team discussions, and attend professional training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Your work will directly engage individuals and families facing significant life challenges within the Kent area and surrounding communities. By using a trauma-informed care approach, you will effectively address the needs of a diverse client population, focusing on their unique circumstances while striving to empower them to overcome obstacles and access necessary resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
