Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing specialized knowledge to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, tailored to each client's unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client records are accurate and up-to-date for optimal treatment continuity.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to share insights and strategies that enhance patient care.

• Participate in essential case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate your practice through constructive feedback and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals of various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will treat clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties, promoting resilience and personal growth through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
