Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Top Performance Rehab Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers across disciplines to ensure continuity of care, providing necessary consultations throughout the treatment process.
• Implementing effective treatment methods, regularly evaluating and adapting plans as needed, while educating patients and their families throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and billing information while complying with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Participating actively in leadership initiatives, including community outreach, quality improvement projects, and program development within the rehabilitation center.
• Fostering a supportive environment by supervising and mentoring assigned support staff, including physical therapy aides and students.
• Engaging in continuous learning by attending in-services, staff meetings, and pursuing further education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, adapting care approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current State Licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
