Key Responsibilities\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster meaningful relationships with clients.

• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple client cases.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience in treating specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals with trauma-related disorders, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience in providing remote counseling is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
