Work Environment\n

You will be working full-time from Monday to Friday, with typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs and challenges faced by clients and their families.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges, taking into account the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain detailed clinical notes that include patient histories, diagnoses, treatment progress, and any changes in care plans.

• Serve as a key member of our interdisciplinary team by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about coping strategies and community resources available to them, promoting family resilience.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention, employing your expertise in dealing with issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and other mental health conditions.

• Offer guidance and support to colleagues on clients’ psychosocial challenges to ensure informed and effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve interacting with a diverse patient population, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate care that is sensitive to cultural and socioeconomic factors, enhancing the effectiveness of treatments and interventions. Your expertise will help bridge the gap for clients seeking mental health support, particularly those who may have felt marginalized or underserved in traditional settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, with the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
