Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance—an essential part of our organizational culture. We prioritize the mental health and well-being of our staff, enabling our team to support our clients effectively. You will interact with clients during designated hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options such as 4x10 or 5x8 shifts available.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather vital social, personal, and health data, interpreting this information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate complex issues and develop targeted treatment strategies to address each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Plan and coordinate interventions that effectively meet the emotional and social needs of clients, fostering a supportive therapy environment.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive-behavioral and affective therapy sessions, with a focus on crisis management and referrals to community resources when necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and understanding with clients.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services, documenting findings and updates in accordance with clinic protocols.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with organizational requirements.

• Deliver individual clinical counseling, adapting approaches to suit the client’s needs and preferences.
\n
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development, while also being open to performing other duties as assigned.

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including those coping with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and various relationship issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients from all walks of life, providing empathetic and high-quality care tailored to each individual's challenges and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related field, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior clinical experience specifically related to behavioral mental health treatment, including but not limited to mood disorders and substance dependence.

• Experience in family and marital counseling, as well as grief and loss interventions, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
