Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions while applying therapeutic techniques that align with client needs and goals.

• Provide couples therapy aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, using strategies such as emotionally focused therapy or cognitive-behavioral methods.

• Work collaboratively with families to enhance relational dynamics and address familial challenges, including parenting issues, adolescent behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and regular evaluations of progress toward achieving those goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
