Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a work-life balance while delivering therapeutic services. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours depending on client needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff will be essential in this role, as you will be a key resource within the school environment, supporting holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students facing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and circumstances.

• Engage actively as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring open communication with educators and families to facilitate comprehensive support for students.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting emotional resilience and coping strategies among the student population.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes and progress, in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children and adolescents who face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Understanding the unique dynamics of the school environment will enable you to create supportive structures and interventions for students, fostering a nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and emotional well-being.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
