Job Title: Assembler Job Description
This role focuses on assembling and inspecting oil coolant vents to ensure every part meets established quality standards. You work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, completing a standard 40hour week with no overtime. Much of the work involves sitting at a workstation, attaching clamps to hoses, and performing repetitive production tasks that require strong hand dexterity, fine motor skills, and sustained concentration. Prior production or assembly experience is helpful but not required, as long as you are comfortable with handson, detailoriented work and maintaining a steady work pace throughout the shift.
Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and testing procedures on oil coolant vents to verify that each part meets established company standards.
• Assemble components by attaching clamps to hoses and other parts in accordance with production specifications and work instructions.
• Use consistent hand movements and fine motor skills to complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while performing routine, repetitive work throughout the entire shift.
• Follow all production and quality guidelines to ensure consistent output and minimize defects or rework.
• Work at designated workstations, which may include sitting at a desk for extended periods while assembling and inspecting parts.
• Handle general production and labor tasks as needed to support the overall workflow and team objectives.
• Adhere to workplace safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 months of manufacturing experience, preferably in roles involving handson work with tools, parts, or assemblies.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks using consistent hand movements and fine motor skills.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts and performing quality checks.
• Comfort working in a production environment with routine, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to maintain a steady, reliable work pace throughout the entire shift.
• Basic understanding of general production and assembly processes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a small team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, inspection, or general labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort working independently at a workstation while following established procedures.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed manual tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
