Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective oversight of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
