This role offers a remote working environment with options for in-office collaboration in our outpatient office located in Garden Grove. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to effectively manage your time and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including MBSR, to clients aiming for stress reduction and enhanced emotional regulation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to delineate clients' unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, crafting tailored mindfulness programs for individual needs.
\n
• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and breathing techniques during individual therapy sessions to promote self-awareness and emotional well-being.
\n
• Host and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques, fostering community and support among clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to integrate mindfulness practices into comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and evolving treatment plans, ensuring compliance and best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen expertise in mindfulness-based therapies and contribute new ideas to the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. You will focus on providing individualized care that respects each client’s unique background, cultural context, and therapeutic needs. By employing mindfulness-based approaches, you will empower clients to explore their emotions, develop self-compassion, and cultivate healthier responses to life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness practices and their integration into therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate the creation of a calming and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly preferred, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
