Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique objectives and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment pathways, and effective self-care practices, empowering them to engage in their recovery.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities to enhance treatment strategies and clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients struggling with mood disorders, promoting understanding and acceptance, while addressing their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily focuses on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare team members.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes in treating mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
