Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic patient care.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to establish a foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and continually adjust personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each patient's unique needs are addressed.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and innovative assistive devices to enhance recovery and improve patient functionality.
• Monitor patient progress toward rehabilitation goals, documenting changes meticulously and modifying treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications that contribute to their overall health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy, advocating for best practices within our team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
