Senior IT Applications Engineer, AEM Platform

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least five years of experience working on projects that implement solutions using development life cycles such as SDLC.
• We have at least two years of experience in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• We hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, and have at least eight years of experience in software development or a closely related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in place of the degree.

• We translate business requirements and functional specifications into physical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions.
• We provide technical direction and act as a subject matter expert for project teams across the software release lifecycle.
• We advise on innovative and complex technical solutions that satisfy design and functional needs.
• We partner with business analysts, architects, consultants, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to shape scalable, maintainable solution designs.
• We design, develop, configure, and modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions in a variety of computing environments.
• We support implementation, post-implementation triage, incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation handling for complex and non-complex issues.
• We review and validate technical specifications, documentation, interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures, and functions.
• We plan, develop, validate, and execute testing scenarios, including support for component integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• We contribute throughout all software development lifecycle phases while following company methodology, standards, policies, and controls.
• We lead, mentor, and train other technical resources to build software applications and strengthen team capability.
• We promote self-leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement by building stakeholder relationships and adapting to changing priorities.
