Night Shift RN - Regional Resource Team (Med/Surg)

Novant Health

Novant Health in North Carolina is seeking a PNRT RN for the Regional Float Pool, working the night shift (7pm-7am) across 5–6 facilities within the Charlotte/Triad/Coastal region. This role supports safe, continuous patient care and collaboration across units.

Ideal candidates will have an ADN or BSN, current state licensure, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position emphasizes flexibility, leadership, and adherence to Novant Health standards.
