Full-Time Physical Therapist

Help Patients Get Back to Moving With Confidence

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Coconut Creek, FL .

Each patient comes in with a different challenge. Some may be working their way back after surgery, while others are dealing with an injury, reduced mobility, weakness, or ongoing musculoskeletal symptoms. As the treating PT, you’ll determine what is limiting function and build a rehabilitation program around what that person needs to accomplish.

This is a full-time weekday position with approximately 1–2 patients seen per hour .

Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
$85,000–$90,000/year + full benefits

Your Role Will Include

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations
• Identifying physical and functional limitations
• Creating individualized outpatient rehabilitation plans
• Providing therapeutic exercises and movement-based interventions
• Helping patients progress safely through different stages of recovery
• Checking outcomes and updating goals throughout treatment
• Giving patients clear instructions for exercises outside the clinic
• Maintaining thorough treatment and progress documentation
• Preparing discharge plans when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT)
• Previous outpatient Physical Therapist experience
• Orthopedic rehabilitation experience
• Ability to manage evaluations, ongoing treatments, and required documentation
