Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, leveraging a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing interventions that focus on fostering insight, coping mechanisms, and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and mood disorders. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and understanding their unique experiences and challenges is essential in providing effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut is required.

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Healthfy Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
