Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify each client’s mental health needs, utilizing tools like diagnostic interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to address each client's unique challenges.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with a network of case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure an integrated approach to mental healthcare, contributing to coordinated care plans that encompass medical, psychiatric, and therapeutic services.

• Engage in crisis intervention to support clients experiencing acute emotional distress, leveraging de-escalation strategies and emergency protocols to provide immediate assistance.

Qualifications\n
