Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a complete understanding of their unique situations.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and customize treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, palliative care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client-centered treatment approaches.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, providing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary, particularly focused on managing acute situations related to hospice care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect timely client interactions and treatment progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at enhancing the psycho-emotional resilience of patients and their families.

You will be primarily working with individuals dealing with terminal illnesses, including those receiving end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
