Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility while working from home to cater to a patient base that spans diverse backgrounds and needs. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of slight adjustments to meet patient schedules. As part of our Community Health Clinic model, you will engage virtually with clients, ensuring you maintain a compassionate and supportive space for therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that explore the unique circumstances and needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect the cultural and personal backgrounds of your clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions where you will employ strategies to address a range of mental health concerns while promoting resilience and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, showcasing strong emotional intelligence and crisis management skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license in the State of Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, complemented by significant experience in culturally informed therapy.

• Ability to effectively deliver both individual and group therapy, employing an inclusive approach that resonates with a diverse patient base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
