Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health needs and concerns, establishing a baseline for ongoing treatment.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring alignment with each client’s goals.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and solutions for clients encountering acute mental health crises.
\n
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while documenting treatment plans and progress notes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and self-care practices, actively empowering them to engage in their mental health journeys.

• Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and ongoing training to stay updated with the latest in mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, comprising individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. You will work with clients dealing with an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other psychological challenges. This role requires a high degree of empathy and cultural competence to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, intervention, and diagnostic skills.

• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or providing remote therapeutic services is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus as an additional incentive.
