Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs based on their unique situations, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment, aimed at alleviating pain and restoring mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect therapeutic outcomes and patient responses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on available treatments and assistive devices, emphasizing practices that aid in recovery and enhance self-care capabilities.
• Conduct regular reassessments to evaluate patient development and redefine goals to maximize recovery potential, adapting treatments to align with ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain professional development through participation in workshops, trainings, and professional organizations, staying current with the best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
