Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that include exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking key metrics and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate and train patients, their families, and caregivers on home exercises and assistive tools, ensuring they understand their role in the recovery process.
• Stay updated on developments in the field by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
