You will work onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center in Carteret, New Jersey, providing a comfortable and well-equipped environment for therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from various injuries, illnesses, or surgeries within the rehabilitation center.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities to promote pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on exercise protocols, injury prevention, and proper use of assistive devices to ensure continuity of care outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, attending case conferences and providing insights into patient progress.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and skills through participation in ongoing education and professional development activities, including workshops and networking opportunities.
